ABOUT

REDO was set up by Andrew Cribb and Harry Owen-Jones, co-founders of London non-profit 3Space to advise on how real estate can deliver greater public value.

Over the last 15 years they have a track record of providing space to more than a 1000 non-profits, start-ups, cultural practitioners and innovative new uses across 45 sites, including at International House in Brixton.

During that time they have been active participants in the evolution of meanwhile use, co-working, affordable workspace policy and the adaptive re-use of buildings.

REDO applies their practical experience to help others shape their strategy and approach to real estate through the reuse of existing property assets and through feasibility analysis and the planning process. They advise Local Authorities, Developers, Housing Associations and Corporations on how to redo their approach to real estate to create more equitable, green and interesting places.

REDO have offices in London, UK and Melbourne, Australia

HQ: International House, 6 Canterbury Crescent, London, SW97QD
