CURRENT VACANCY: SENIOR CONSULTANT

Company Overview

Our purpose is to help public, private and third sector clients use the assets in their ownership or influence to make more equitable, green and interesting places. We are looking for talented individuals to join us in this mission, to support our delivery of place and asset based projects.

REDO was set up by the founders of non-profit workspace operator 3Space. Through 3Space we have been able to deliver transformative change to a handful of places. Through REDO we can influence significantly more – shaping policy, providing support to mobilise assets, drafting asset management strategies and conducting concept and feasibility work to support funding bids. The founders work actively on 3Space projects at the same time. Joining REDO, you will have the unique opportunity to have visibility of this activity and connect with 3Space’s vast network of tenants and stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for the reuse and repurposing of buildings. This is a great opportunity to join a new business at an early stage, where you will be working directly with the founders. We’re looking for someone who can help us reach our goals for expansion across the UK and further afield.  REDO has recently opened an office in Australia where we see an opportunity to apply our UK experience to support communities across the southern hemisphere.

As an organisation, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for you, where you feel supported to reach your full potential. On our current trajectory we envisage fast but sustainable growth over the next 24 months and are currently working on a range of exciting projects, with a really interesting year mapped out ahead.

Our work covers four key areas:
